OMA won the competition, however i though this is quite a impressive piece of architecture by NL Architects. Loving the simple concept with all the various punctuation of spaces and cantilevering. Seriously loving the exposed elevator, although i am not sure how its going to work in real life. It be interesting to see how gets build actually if they won the competition instead of OMA.
